3. Opt-Out and Support Instructions

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Services and Booking

Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Our professionals take utmost care, but Never Scrub Again is not liable for pre-existing damage.

5. Payment

Payment is required upon service completion or at the time of booking, depending on the agreed terms. We process payments securely through our partnered payment processors.
